Love Walked In - Overall

As I look back through the posts and comments, I see a bias towards character as opposed to plot. Maybe that's unfair to the writer, after all there is a plot. What do you think is the climax of the book? What scene is the most compelling or stands out the most? What do you think that scene reveals about the author's intentions?

I do think that this book is more about character and how the characters are revealed through the storyline. Its hard to pick one highlight of the storyline. I think when Martin dies and Cornelia decides to keep Clare with her, that is the plot twist that shows the "Love" that "Walked In" was Clare, not Martin. I think the dramatic climax of the book is when Viviana returns and you don't know how she will respond, what her state of mind is.
